ODBC data source to use if none is specified in
odbc_connect() or
odbc_pconnect().

odbc.default_user

User name to use if none is specified in
odbc_connect() or
odbc_pconnect().

Password to use if none is specified in
odbc_connect() or

odbc.allow_persistent

Whether to allow persistent ODBC connections.
